Welcome to your online auction preview catalog.  To review all of the wonderful and exciting trips, dinners, and unique experiences available this year, simply click on the auction categories on the left.

And, because some of our auction items are so wonderful we couldn't decide in which category to put them (they are that special). So we put them in more than one category just so you wouldn't miss them.

There are still a few items we are finalizing so keep checking back to see them as well. We wouldn't want you to miss any of the fun!

Can't Be There?

If you can't attend this year’s Festival, you can still make an offer on live auction items. Send an email to Julie Hanks at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. (or call her at 360.378-3211 x 24).  She'll get back to you and record the item you are interested in, as well as your credit card and billing address information.

NOTE:  Cell phones will be allowed during the live auction bidding.  If you have a friend who is attending, you may call him/her during the auction and that person can be your surrogate.  Please remember that this individual will be responsible for paying for any successful bids, or for supplying the Theatre with your credit card number.
