Access The Theatre building is accessible to people with disabilities and other special needs. There are several designated parking spaces to the right of the Theatre’s main entrance, and a ramp for easy access to the building. Both performance venues – the large Whittier Theatre and the smaller Gubelman Theatre – can accommodate patrons in wheelchairs. Because special seating is limited in both venues, patrons wanting to use this seating are encouraged to order their tickets early and to specify to the Box Office at the time they purchase tickets that they require special seating. Hearing Impaired Hearing impaired customers attending performances in the Whittier Theatre can use headsets that amplify the sound; these headsets are available free of charge at the box office. |
