2021 SJCT Playwrights Festival of Monologues

Orientation: Saturday, May 22, 2:00pm
San Juan Island Playwrights - Are you ready to put some words on the page and some pages on the stage?! The 2021 Playwright's Festival is on its way!

SJCT is thrilled to be presenting this year's live festival as part of our outdoor summer season at the Fairgrounds. While excited to beyond belief to be coming back to live performances and also continuing to keep our community's health and safety in mind, this year's festival brings a new challenge to our writers: original solo pieces (a.k.a. monologues). We've got workshops, readings, and a return to the stage on the books, so dust off those typewriters, get out those pens, and let's get creative!
